3. Scope and acceptance of this Privacy Notice
3.1 This Privacy Notice may change from time to time due to various updates. Eszter Poroszlai reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Privacy Policy without prior general notice, with effect from the date of amendment. In this regard, it is recommended that you regularly visit the website www.weboldalkeszites-vallalkozasoknak.hu in order to monitor the acceptability of changes. This notice was last updated on 19.03.2024.

4. Data collected from customers
4.1 In general, you may use www.eszterporoszlai.com without providing any information to us, however, if you wish to use one of our services, for example, to request a quote through the quote request form, Google Form, which requires your personal data, we will ask for information about you.

4.2 The information you provide to Eszter Poroszlai via the website (and Google as a data processor) may include the following data:

Your name and contact details, including mailing and email addresses, telephone numbers, other internet contact details;
optionally your company name, basic company details, company philosophy, vision for your future website.

4.3 Your personal data not provided through the Website (and its processor) may include, in addition to the above:

your or your company’s bank account number, billing address
other personal data included in the contract by mutual agreement
4.4 Some of the information we collect is personal data within the meaning of the Data Protection Act. This means that the data can be linked to you or used to identify you. This includes, in particular, your name, your identifying mark and knowledge of one or more of your physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identities – and any inference that can be drawn about you from the data. The Personal Data will retain this quality during processing for as long as its relationship with you can be re-established. The link with you can be re-established if the controller has the technical conditions necessary for such re-establishment.

4.5 In this notice, the terms ‘Personal Data’ and ‘data relating to you’ are used interchangeably.

4.6 We collect information about you in a variety of ways, including (a) when you provide it to us through the Esther Poroszla website; or (b) when you contact us and provide information to us in person, by telephone, in writing, via the internet, by using our services or otherwise.

4.7 We will retain information about you only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, for the purposes for which it was collected, or as permitted by any contract or law.

5. Processing of data
5.1. We process data about you for the following purposes: (a) to contact you after you have completed the enquiry form, and (b) to provide our services through our website (including to search for or request any information about us and our services); (b) to evaluate and analyse our market, our customers and our services (including to ask your opinion about our services and to conduct customer needs and satisfaction surveys); (c) to provide, monitor, revise or enhance the services we offer; (d) to perform our contractual obligations to you (including the sale of our services to you) and any similar contractual obligations; to organise promotions; (e) where you have provided information to us for the purpose of employment with us or with another company affiliated with our business partner, to decide whether to do so; and (f) to communicate with you in connection with the above.

5.2 There may be several legal bases for processing your data: (a) we process your data with your consent in the first instance; (b) the Personal Data you provide in a contract with us is necessary for the performance of the contract, and therefore we may also process your data under this legal basis; (c) the processing is necessary to comply with legal obligations on the Controller, such as the need to keep our contracts until the end of the limitation period for possible tax investigations.

5.3 We will delete the data we process at your request, subject to the conditions and exceptions set out in this notice. In the case of a contract, we will retain your data for 7 years from the date of termination of the contract and only then delete it.

6. Access to data and data security measures
6.1 To ensure lawful processing, the Data Controller ensures that no unauthorised person has access to your data. We have put in place reasonable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to protect your Personal Data, in particular against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, disclosure, erasure or destruction, accidental destruction or damage and inaccessibility resulting from changes in the technology used. In carrying out these activities, we take particular care to prevent any unlawful or unauthorised processing of your Personal Data. Eszter Poroszlai handles and stores the documents in a physically lockable place and in a lockable cabinet, which cannot be accessed by unauthorized persons. The documents may only be accessed by authorised persons acting on behalf of Eszter Poroszlai (at the moment – 19 March 2024 – only Eszter Porszlai and Hajna Hári). The data stored online is password protected and can also only be accessed by authorised persons. To ensure lawful data processing, Website Creation for Businesses uses a firewall and antivirus software to protect against external attacks.

6.2. We will not disclose Personal Data about you to any third party without your consent, except: (a) where it is necessary for the performance of tasks to be carried out by our employees, associates, suppliers or commercial partners in connection with the purposes for which the data are processed (including sales-related services, sales assistance, market research, customer services, account management, the provision and monitoring of products and services to be provided to you, or for promotional purposes); (b) where the disclosure of information about you to other companies, financial institutions or public bodies (as defined by law) is necessary or desirable for law enforcement or consumer protection purposes; (c) where a lawyer representing the Data Controller will also have access to your personal data in the event of any legal proceedings relating to the data you have provided; (d) where required or permitted by law or where we are required by a final court or administrative decision to do so.

In the event that your Personal Data is shared with a carefully selected third party, or with a third party listed above, we will always comply with the requirements of data protection legislation, where necessary by contractual arrangements with the third party to ensure that the third party: (a) does not use your Personal Data for purposes other than those specified by us or as set out in this Policy; and; (b) takes appropriate security measures to protect your Personal Data against, in particular, unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, disclosure, deletion or destruction, accidental destruction or damage, and inaccessibility due to changes in the technology used.

We will take all necessary precautions to ensure that our employees, associates and contractors who may have access to information about you can treat it in accordance with this policy and their obligations under data protection law. 6.5 Your data will not be transferred to any other third party processor in Hungary (for example, for the purposes of online marketing activities).

6.6 By accepting this notice, you consent to the transfer of your data to the data controllers identified in section 6.4 above.

7. Website visitor data
7.1.

7.2. The measurement also includes tracking of conversions. The web analytics provider does not process personal data, only browsing-related data that cannot be used to identify individuals. Currently, the web analytics services are provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, as part of the Google Analytics service.

7.3 The Website Development Company, as the data controller, runs so-called remarketing advertisements through the Facebook and Google AdWords advertising systems. These service providers may collect or receive data from www.eszterporoszlai.com and other websites using cookies, web beacons and similar technologies. They use this data to provide measurement services or to target ads. Such targeted ads may appear on additional websites in the Facebook and Google partner network. Remarketing lists do not contain any personal data of the visitor and are not personally identifiable.

7.4 The use of cookies can be deleted from the user’s computer or can be prohibited by default in the user’s browser. These options depend on the browser, but are typically available in the Settings / Privacy menu. 8.1 Right to information and access:

You may request that Hajna Hári, acting on behalf of Eszter Poroszlai, as data controller, inform you whether we process your personal data and, if so, provide you with access to the personal data we process. You have the right to have access to information about the following personal data as far as it relates to you: (a) the purposes of the processing; (b) the categories of your personal data; (c) the recipients or categories of recipients to whom or with whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, including in particular recipients in third countries; (d) if the data do not originate from you, any available information about their source; (e) in the case of transfers of personal data to third countries, the safeguards in place to ensure that the transfers are lawful; (f) the circumstances and effects of any data breach that may have occurred and the measures taken to respond to it.

You may request information about the processing of your personal data at any time by sending a written request by registered or certified mail to the address set out in point 1 or by sending an e-mail to eszterporoszlai@gmail.com. A request for information sent by letter is authentic if the request sent clearly identifies you. A request for information sent by e-mail will also be considered authentic only if it is sent from your registered e-mail address – or the e-mail address you provided when you signed up for the previous contract. The request for information may include information about the data processed by Eszter Poroszlai, their source, the purposes, legal basis and duration of the processing, the names and addresses of any data processors, the activities related to the processing and, in the case of transfer of personal data, who has received or is receiving your data and for what purposes.

Your request will be dealt with as soon as possible, but within 30 days at the latest, by letter or e-mail to the contact details you have provided.

8.2 You may request the rectification or amendment of your personal data that we process. You may request the completion of incomplete personal data, taking into account the purpose of the processing. The request for rectification or amendment may be made in the same form (in writing or by e-mail) as a request for information as set out in point 6.1 above.
